3 sticks of butter, room temperature (yea I said 3)
1 egg, room temperature
1/3 cup honey
1 teaspoon of lemon zest
1/3 cup of light brown sugar
2 cups of chopped pecans
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
