1 cup diced Green Onions

1 pound Poultry Meat; (duck, chicken, goose)

1 medium Onion

3 medium Potatoes

1/4 cups Rice

Salt & Pepper; to taste

4 quarts Water

Place the rinsed meat in a pot with water. Bring to a boil and turn the heat to medium. Let it cook for at least 40 minutes. Season with salt.
