1 C Chocolate Chips.

2 Large eggs

2½ C All-purpose Flour

¾ C Granulated sugar

1 C Light brown sugar

2 tbsp Milk

2¼ C Quick oats

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Sea salt

1 C (2 sticks) Unsalted butter

½ tsp Pure vanilla extract
