1/2 cup Bourbon (Can substitute water.)

2 tablespoons Brown Sugar

1 whole Chipotle Pepper in Adobo Sauce, Chopped (Add 2 for more heat.)

1 tablespoon Adobo Sauce From Canned Chipotle Peppers

1 clove Garlic, Minced

1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder

1/2 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

1/2 whole Large Onion, Diced

4 whole Large Peaches, Seeded and skinless

1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt

1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
