½ cup cream

1 egg lightly beaten + 1 Tbsp. water (for brushing)

1 egg with 1 Tbsp. milk

1¾ cups flour

½ cup half and half

1 tsp orange peel.

⅛ tsp. salt

1 cup sugar

3 Tbsp. sugar

½ tsp. vanilla

8 oz of walnuts coarsely chopped
