¼ cup cake flour

4 large eggs

1 cup all-purpose flour

1½ cups powdered sugar, sifted to remove any lumps

2 sticks (1/2 pound) unsalted butter, melted and cooled to tepid

4 ounces unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled to tepid

2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ cup whipping cream
