7 oz pkg Brookside Dark Chocolate Acai with Blueberry

1 cup mini chocolate morsels, divided

2 Tbsp dark chocolate cocoa powder

1/4 cup light corn syrup

1 egg

1/4 tsp kosher salt

2/3 cup light brown sugar

7 oz milk chocolate bars, chopped (use good quality)

1 1/2 cup milk chocolate morsels

3/4 cup sour cream

5 Tbsp unsalted butter

1 tsp vanilla extract
