1 (4-ounce) can Old El Paso chopped green chiles

7-8 ounces chorizo, casings removed

2 tablespoons cornstarch

2 ounces cream cheese

1 (12-ounce) can evaporated milk

8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, freshly shredded

½ cup diced tomatoes
