1/2 C apple sauce

2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

6 tbsp cold butter, cubed

3/4 C butterscotch chips

1 15oz can pumpkin

1/2 C canola oil

4 eggs

1 package of sugar cookie mix (15.5 oz) prepared according to package directions (I used Krusteaz brand)

1 3/4 C white granulated sugar

3 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1 C quick cooking oats

1/2 tsp salt
