1- 14.5 oz. black beans, drained and rinsed

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 tablespoon chili powder

1 bunch of cilantro roughly chopped

1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil

1 garlic clove, minced

1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin

2 lb. ground turkey

1 tsp. kosher salt

3 cups low sodium chicken broth

1 1/2 teaspoons sweet smoked Spanish paprika

2 Oriental Sweet Potato , you can use regular sweet potatoes, but I recommend oriental

1 yellow onion, diced

Preheat oven 400Pierce sweet potato down one side with fork. Place potatoes on a piece of aluminum foil and drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil and rub potatoes. Wrap aluminum foil tightly around potatoes, place on baking sheet and place in preheated oven for 45 minutes.Remove from oven, let cool until you can handle. Using a fork the skin should remove easily and then mash.Meanwhile heat a large pot or dutch oven over medium heat.
