2/3 cup brown sugar

2 cups of chocolate chips - any variety

2 eggs

3 1/4 cups flour

4 ounces hot chocolate mix (not sugar free)

1 tsp Kosher salt (or 1/2 tsp table salt)

1 cup sugar

1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature

1 tsp vanilla
