2 cup colby jack cheese, shredded

15 lasagna noodles, cooked

8oz cream cheese, softened

2 lb ground beef (or ground turkey)

2 1/2 tsp ground cumin, divided

2 can (10oz) red enchilada sauce, divided

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
