3/4 teaspoon yeast

Start one day before you plan on making the pizza. In a large bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the water, yeast and sugar. Let sit for 5 minutes, until the yeast starts to foam. Transfer the pizza to the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown. Top with the cilantro.
