3/4 c. miniature marshmallow bits

3/4 c. brown sugar

3/4 c. butter

2 tsp. caramel extract

1/4 c. chocolate chips

2 tsp. cinnamon

2 eggs

1 1/2 c. flour

1/2 tsp. nutmeg

2 1/2 c. quick oats

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. shortening

1 c. Rolos, quartered
