¾ cup all purpose flour

Butter, for frying

1 tablespoon chopped cilantro

3 cloves of garlic, finely minced

Sauce: 6 tablespoons Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Grated zest from ½ lemon

½ panko (or more as needed)

½ red chilli, finely chopped (more if you want it spicier)

1 teaspoon salt

Salt and pepper to taste

2 teaspoons soy sauce

2¼ lbs sweet potatoes or yams
