1/4 cup of cornstarch

2 eggs, at room temperature

1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon

1 1/2 cups of bocadillo or guava paste, diced

2 1/2 cups Colombian quesito or queso fresco

1/2 cup of sugar

1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

1/4 cup of whole milk
