2 Tablespoons heavy whipping cream

6 Tablespoons light brown sugar

6 Tablespoons superfine rice flour

1/2 Tablespoon unsalted butter

4 Tablespoons unsalted butter, softened packed

1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1 Tablespoon whole milk
