1 pound boneless pork loin, cut into 1" cubes

8 ounces button mushrooms

1 cup cherry tomatoes

1 clove garlic, minced

3 Tbsp. olive oil

i red onion, cut into chunks

1 red bell pepper, cut into large chunks

¼ tsp. salt

3 Tbsp. soy sauce
