Let them sizzle.Then add tomato sauce, ginger paste and garlic paste.Mix well and cook it till oil or ghee leaves from the sides or sauce thickens.Then add garam masala and red chili powder. Mix well and cook for 1 minute.Add boiled moong and ¾ cup of water and salt. Mix well. Let it cook for 5 minutes.Sprinkle chopped cilantro and serve hot.
