8 ounces Gorgonzola cheese, coarsely crumbled

1/2 teaspoon ground mustard

1/2 cup olive oil

2 pears, cored & thinly sliced

1/3 cup red wine vinegar

6 cups Spring salad greens

salt, to taste

2 tablespoons sugar

1 cup walnut halves

2 teaspoons white sugar
