1 bulb garlic, top cut off

1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

8 ounces goat cheese, slightly softened to room temperature

1/2 lemon

3-4 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt
