2 teaspoons Cayenne powder

Cilantro

2 tablespoons Cumin

1 tablespoon Garlic Powder

1 Lime juiced

1 Mango Peeled and cubed

1/2 Large Onion peeled and diced

1 tablespoon Onion Powder

4 6 oz pork chops

1 Tomato seeded and cubed

2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
