Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of them. Bake in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Remove from the oven, leave for 2-3 minutes before inverting the pan on a wire rack to cool completely. When cooled, sandwiched the cookies with a big scoop of ice cream!
