2 larges egg yolks

Pinch of kosher salt

1 pint fresh raspberries

1/2 cup raw medium grain rice

2 tablespoons sugar

2 teaspoons vanilla bean paste

2 cups whole milk

2 scoops Vi-Shape Shake Mix (or other protein powder)

In a large sauce pan add whole milk, coconut milk, rice and kosher salt. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low, cover and let simmer for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally. If the mixture is too thick to puree simply add a few drops of water to loosen the mixture. If your berries are not very sweet you can add another 2 tablespoons of sugar. The celebratory Chinese meal Yitzhak and Hannah decide to eat out to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary and after some deliberation, they choose the KOSHER MOSHE Chinese restaurant.
