½ cup seeded and diced green bell pepper

½ teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

4 ounces mushrooms, roughly chopped

¼ cup sliced black olives, patted dry

½ cup diced onion

1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

1/3 cup sliced mini pepperoni

1½ cups pizza sauce, divided

½ teaspoon red pepper flakes

1 (13.8-ounce) can refrigerated classic pizza crust (I used Pillsbury)

8 ounces sweet or spicy Italian sausage

3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
