1 Tbs balsamic vinegar

¼ tsp black pepper, cracked

1/2 cup butter, melted

½ tsp cornstarch

2 garlic cloves, minced

Fresh chives or green onions, sliced, for garnish

2 tablespoons honey

4 boneless pork chops, trimmed

1/4 cup soy sauce
