5 1/2 to 6 cups all purpose flour
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 Tablespoons ground cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt

6 Tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
1/3 cup warm water
