1 loaf of Brioche

Butter

Chocolate , sectioned into squares

Fresh fruit and berries

Honey

Red Wine

Sugar

Any jams, spreads, peanut butter, curds

Preheat grill ( Either a gas grill or prep a charcoal grill until coals are hot)

Take two slices of bread and spread both sides with jam or whatever filling of choice, top one side with a few chocolate squares, the other with fruit or berries and close up. Butter one side and carefully place that side down in the hobo pie maker, then spread butter on the top side. Close the hobo pie maker and trim off any excess bread sticking out.
