1 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons butter

¼ cup all-purpose flour

½ teaspoon garlic powder

2 tablespoons prepared horseradish

½ cup marsala (or sherry)

8 ounces sliced mushrooms

1 large onion, diced

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup sour cream

2 pounds top round steak, cubed or cut into strips

¼ cup cold water

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
