1 Recipe Tempeh Bacon Bites or 8oz store-bought tempeh bacon

1 Red onion, sliced into half moons

Salad

Pinch of salt

2 Tbsp minced shallots

Dressing

2 Tbsp Tamari

8oz Tempeh

1 Tbsp Vegetable oil
