1 1/3 cup Cake Flour

1 1/2 teaspoons Cream Of Tartar

12 whole Egg Whites, Room Temperature

1 cup Granulated Sugar

1 cup Powdered Sugar

1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt

2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
