Ingredients:

1/2 pound Butter (at room temperature)

2 egg yolks, slightly-beaten

3 cups Flour

2 cups milk

1 can jam, fruit or poppy-seed filling

2 teaspoons salt

1/2 cup shortening

10 ounces sugar

1/2 cup warm water

2 packas yeast
