1/2 cup crumbled cojita cheese

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon granulated garlic

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

1 cup chopped lettuce

1 lime, quartered

2 teaspoons olive oil

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1 1/2 pounds (24-30 ct) prawns, peeled and deveined

4 - 6 tostada shells
