2 tablespoons honey

2 teaspoons kosher salt

2 tablespoons pepitas (roasted pumpkin seeds)

1-1/4 cups rye flour

1/2 cup water

If you have extra bread, leave it in the yellow tent at V Lake. Too many rocks in the mountains.
