2 cups Honey Bunches of Oats Morning Energy Cinnamon Crunch cereal

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1 cup dried apricots, chopped

1/2 cup dried mango, chopped

1/2 teaspoon ginger

2/3 cup honey

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

1 cup old fashioned oats

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup sesame seeds

1/2 Tablespoon real vanilla extract

1/2 cup wheat germ or wheat bran
