1 red bell pepper, chopped

2 jalapeno peppers, minced

1 pound lean ground turkey meat

1 14.5 ounce can peeled tomatoes

1 16 ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed

1 bottle of beer (I used Miller Light)

2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce

1 bunch of fresh cilantro, minced

1. Gently heat the oil in a large pot. Do not let it smoke! 2. Add the onion, bell pepper, garlic, and jalapenos. Saute over medium heat until soft, about 5 minutes. 3.
