Ingredients:

1 nine-inch pie shell

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 white onions, sliced finely

3 cloves of garlic, sliced finely

1/2 teaspoon dried chilli flakes

1 box mushrooms, sliced thick

1 teaspoon thyme, dried

2 eggs

3/4 cup half and half cream

100 grams Havarti cheese, grated

salt and pepper to taste
