3 tablespoons butter, softened

1-1/2 teaspoons celery seed

1/3 cup cornmeal

1 cup plus 1 tablespoons milk (70° F. to 80° F.)

1/2 teaspoon pepper

3/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
