1 9.9 ounce package of Gingerbread M&Ms, divided

1/3 cup milk

1 tablespoon molasses

3/4 powdered sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened (1 stick)

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
