Cardamom powder - ¼ teaspoon

Cashew nuts - 2 tablespoons

Green chilis - 2, slit

Cinnamon stick - ½ inch piece

Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon

Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon

Heavy whipping cream - 2 tablespoons

Oil - 1 tablespoon

Onion - 1 medium or 1 cup roughly chopped

Paneer - 6 oz (175 grams), cut into ½ inch pieces

Peppercorns - 3

Plain Yogurt - ¼ cup

Saffron strands - few

Salt - to taste

Water - ½ cup
