1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 c. brown sugar, slightly packed
1 c. butter, room temperature
1 1/2 Tbsp cinnamon
3 eggs
3 Tbsp milk
1 1/4 c. powdered sugar
2 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp vanilla extract
