1 1/4 cup Brown Sugar

1 1/4 cups Cold Butter

2 1/2 cups Chocolate Chips

2 whole Egg Yolks

3/4 cup Granulated Sugar

1 1/4 cup Peanut Butter

1 teaspoon Sea Salt

1 tablespoon Pure Vanilla Extract

2 whole Eggs

2 3/4 cup All-Purpose Flour or Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
