¼ tsp. ground cumin

1 Tbs. honey

¼ cup gluten-free honey mustard

2 Tbs. lemon juice

½ cup olive oil

2 Tbs. olive oil, for frying

1 cup puffed rice cereal

½-inch-thick slices

1 lb. superfirm tofu, cut into
