Si notas que est muy seco y puede quemarse, agrega una cucharada de agua cuando se haga necesario.Agrega ajo, tomate, pimiento, organo, zanahoria, frijoles y auyama y revuelve para mezclar bien.Agrega la mitad del agua del otro caldero, la salsa de tomate y el arroz. Revuelve para mezclar bien y cubre.Cuece, removiendo regularmente para evitar que el arroz se pegue al fondo, agrega agua del otro caldero para mantener el mismo nivel en el caldero del arroz.Una vez que el arroz haya doblado de tamao y los granos se abran, sazona con sal al gusto, vinagre de naranja agria y perejil y retira del fuego.
