20g (3 Tbs) Ground Flaxseed

1/4 tsp Maple Flavor (optional)

42g (2 Tbs) Pure Maple Syrup

144g (1+1/2 cups) Old Fashioned Rolled Oats

3/4 cup Raisins

1/4 tsp Salt

192g (1 cup) Granulated Sweetener (I used 1/4c sucanat, the rest erythritol)

2 tsp Vanilla Extract (I used homemade)

45g (1/4 cup + 2 Tbs) Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
