1 green onion, thinly sliced

1 large lime, juiced

1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce

1/2 onion, peeled and thinly sliced, divided

1 orange, unpeeled and thinly sliced, divided

Salt and freshly ground black pepper

1/2 serrano chile, seeded and minced
