Baking powder – 1 tsp

Baking soda – 1 tsp

Bananas, very ripe – 2

Cinnamon powder – 1 tsp

Sugar – 1 cup (200 g)

Vanilla extract – 1 tsp

Vegetable oil – 1/2 cup

Yogurt (curd) – 1/2 cup

Take the tray out and let it come to room temperature. Enjoy either as a healthy breakfast filled with fruits or as a snack.
